Abstract	The amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine concerning justice were adopted and such word-combination as “dual system of regular penitentiary inspections” was used for the first time. Therefore, this paper examines the experience of the UK, the USA, France and Germany to define the essence of mentioned system.
